Hadn’t played Rock Band in awhile, lost a good bit of rank on the boards. Went back to polish some old scores, jumped up 2500 slots. hehe :D
Rock Band expert stats: Own 173 songs, all beaten on expert. Zero 3-stars, 11 or 12 4-stars. Rest are 5’s. Two weeks until Rock Band 2 hits!
quesadillas are little more than grilled cheese, but with more room to put random crap in them. So good.

Making up for a crazy schedule at work, just now leaving. Tired, but hey, three day weekend.
At a bank drive-thru. The young lady in the car next to me has taken her cell portrait at least three times. In the car. At the bank. So odd
Breaking news: Sarah Palin, Alaska’s gov, is republican VP candidate. My initial response: Who?
I just got a live demo of an AMAZINGLY COOL web product, but I’m under NDA. :( it’s so amazing though, I can’t wait for the live site. Eee!
Sometimes I kind of feel like a jerk because I’ve recently stumbled into some really good things, that it feels like I don’t deserve really.
Our front door deadbolt fell apart in Lisa’s hands this morning. On my yay home to replace it.
I’m eating some semi-frozen chocolate pudding. It has a very unique texture. It’s super tasty. Not so frozen at the bottom.

Off I go to class, to learn of artificial intelligence in the context of video games. Programming in Processing - good times ahead! :D :D :D
I’ve already been up for two hours. Kind of odd, but also kind of nice. Took the dogs for a walk, had some cereal, read some blogs, relaxed.
Something I never thought I’d tweet: I have an NDA in my inbox for a sweet web project or two. I feel kind of giddy and excited.
This week’s $0.99 rental on iTunes: Ghostbusters. I may have to rent that, as I haven’t seen it in years. First saw it at a drive-in.
Now driving down Central with the windows down and the speakers up, blasting Weird Al polka just to confuse people.
Realization: I don’t know if I have a single picture of me from college band days, and that makes me kind of sad. No pictures of me w/ tuba.
First day of class went really well, looking forward to more. As a gaming expert, I need to learn to stop talking a bit. Two ears, one mouth
On campus for a class for the first time in years. I feel like an old man. This years freshmen would have been born in 1990 - I’m a grandpa.

I have a lot of personal time to myself, so what do I do? Read through documentation on Python. I’m actually enjoying it, more than expected
I had been on WoW but was told I was going to dinner, then not going, but I had started long processor-heavy process so reading doc is light
It’s a good thing that the Olympics are only a couple weeks every four years, because I can’t help but watch all that I can, even water polo
Sitting with my nephews on a porch swing, cool mountain breeze blowing, a lightning storm in the distance, just enjoying the end of the day.
Chillin’ at my sis-in-law’s house, where we’re effectively living for the weekend. Thinkin’ about the class I’m taking this fall. Good times
Playing Rock Band for the first time in weeks, if not over a month.
I bet when I tell people we have a wreck room, they think I mean a recreational room.
Today feels kind of weird. Not sure I like it. Can’t really find the right words for it.
My nephew is really cute: http://tinyurl.com/6hb444
I’m always amused that when I let a small profanity slip past my lips, how shock’n’awed the others usually are. Aura of innocence FTW? Hmmm.
It still makes me kind of giddy that Schmap uses one of my photos from Europe in their free online guide for Brussels.
Heading home a little early, got to get some enchiladas in the oven, helping Lisa, she won’t be home yet. Mmm enchiladas. Good eatin tonight
I am SO tempted to eat lunch early. It’s just in the fridge there, taunting me. “EAT ME,” it screams. “But, it’s not noon!” “EAT MEEEEEEEE!”
I just sent off an email to a professor at the university. Trying to get approval to take an AI for Video Games course. I’m giddy excited :D
So, I sarcastically replied “TITS OR GTFO” to a friend’s LiveJournal, and she actually posted the prior (with censorship stars). Stunned. :O

Part of my reasoning for tweeting about hesitance to at-reply is so that some of you don’t feel like I’m ignoring you. I’m not, just, y’know
I just shampooed my living room carpet with our G6 Kirby. I actually owned this vacuum before I was married. Such a great vacuum, though. :D
Also, the number of Twitter spammers following me these days has gotten quite annoying, even if it does make me look more popular than I am.
I hate when I get the idea for a blog, but it makes me want to get a whole new domain. I own several, none seem to fit well with it, though.
I would use more @ replies to people, but I feel somewhat guilty when I’m using them, as most of my tweet friends don’t know each other. Hm.
